Monthly Board Meetings – A professionally trained Minute Taker will attend monthly Board meetings to record important components of the meeting, including Motions and Action items. These minutes will assist Property Management in preparing the meeting package for the next monthly Board meeting
Owners’ Meeting –On some occasions, an Owners Meeting may be necessary to discuss important issues which may require the owners being present in order to reach a decision. A professionally trained Minute Taker will attend an Owners Meeting to accurately record important components of the meeting, including all questions from owners and responses.
AGM’s – Annual General Meetings are usually held once a year or within six months of the end of the Condominium Corporation’s fiscal year. AGM’s are attended by owners, Corporation Auditor and at times the Corporation Solicitor. A professionally trained Minute Taker will attend AGM’s to accurately record important components of the meet
